MasterCard Junior Masters

With Western Australia having a reputation for producing world class golfers, Vault Sports Management established the Australian Junior Golf Masters (MasterCard Junior Masters) in 2004 to give playing opportunities to our elite junior golfers. The Junior Masters provides Western Australian Junior Golfers and other Australian Juniors with the opportunity to compete against Australia’s best talent on their home soil.

As well as raising awareness in one of the fastest growing golf competitive states, the Junior Masters offers the opportunity for junior golfers to compete in an elite event replicated as closely to a professional golf tournament. An invitation only event, the Junior Masters has become the most sought after invitation by young golfers from Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. The success of the tournament can be attributed to the sponsorship from MasterCard International, professional golfers personally assisting in flying juniors to the event from all around the world, valued support from all corporate sponsors who are adding a huge amount of value to Junior Golf in Austrlia and the fantastic Vines Resort and Country Club – the home of tournament golf in Perth.

Sadly, this will be the last year of our valued naming right’s sponsor MasterCard. Their involvement in the Junior Masters has been vital in its great success to date. MasterCard have invested time, money and man power into all areas of golf sponsorship globally and the junior golfers of the region will be forever indebted and enormously grateful for their uninhibited support of the Junior Masters over the past 5 years.

We must now look forward and welcome a new naming rights sponsor for the next phase of growth where an invitation will not only be the most sought after exemption in the Southern Hemisphere but globally in junior golf

Vault Sports Management continues to dedicate itself to the constant growth and improvement of the Australian Junior Golf Masters to ensure it maintains its reputation of the best junior golf event in the Southern Hemisphere.
