West Australian Open
The WA Open is an iconic tournament on Australia’s golfing calendar, as rich in history as any Western Australian event, with a prestige in the sport to match. With the exciting re launch efforts underway for WA’s prestigious 72 hole golfing title to become a Von Nida Tour Event, the spectacular Cottesloe Golf Club has once again been chosen to host the tournament from 15-18 November 2008.
The WA Open has been a launching pad for some of Australia’s biggest golfing names and is a much loved event Australia’s greatest professionals enjoying playing. The WA Open has produced a list of recognised winners including Terry Gale who has taken the title 6 times, Gary Player (’56), Ian Baker-Finch (’84), Greg Norman (’86), Stephen Leaney (’94, ’97, ’02 and ’04) and in more recent times Brett Rumford, Kim Felton (’02, ’03 and ’06) and Nick O’Hern. The strength of the field in past years has shown the love our professionals have for playing in their home state and the prestige our WA golf courses offer on an international level.
There are still sponsorship opportunities available for the 2008 WA Open Tournament, ranging from Presenting Sponsors to Supporting Partners. At Vault, we firmly believe that no sponsorship package is or should be the same. Hence we do not offer a structured format for your proposed involvement. We do however tailor a package to suit your specific requirements ranging from branding and exposure through to hospitality and networking opportunities.
Benefits to supporting the WA Open include (but are not limited to):
1 – Logo Association
2 – Branding both media focused and on course
3 – Networking Opportunities
4 – Lead Generation & Database Creation
5 – Corporate & Public Acknowledgement
6 – Hospitality & Entertainment Packages
7 – Specialised Tournament Promotional Activities
8 – Advertising & Marketing Association
9 – R.O.I. Measurement Tools
We would be interested to discuss any ideas or thoughts you may have in relation to becoming a sponsor of the WA Open. Please don’t hesitate to contact Peter Aleksander at our office to do so.
